These terms govern your use of the SecondDisk app and website. By using SecondDisk, you agree to them.

By downloading, installing or using the SecondDisk application (the “App”) or this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SecondDisk is an Android application that backs up your photos, contacts and files and saves them to your own email or a USB drive connected to your phone. SecondDisk facilitates this; you are responsible for the email account or USB drive you use and for verifying that your backups complete successfully.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute or resell the App except as permitted by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
While we work hard to make backups reliable, no backup solution can guarantee that every item will always be captured or delivered without error. You should keep more than one copy of irreplaceable data and periodically verify that your backups are complete. SecondDisk is provided as a convenience and is not a substitute for your own diligence.
The Service may interact with third-party services such as your email provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecondDisk and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
